Please do not use Agoda to book our resort. There is a BIG problem with the information held on the App and you may well be misled about what you are booking. If you book with Agoda we cannot guarantee that the information you have been given is accurate and if you are unhappy you will need to speak to Agoda, we cannot resolve this as they are not a partner of ours.
The best way to book is direct with me. Email me at info@mooklanta.com. If you must use an agent, please only use Expedia or Booking.com, which we have a direct partnership with.
This is not just a problem for Mook Lanta Eco Resort, but with many hotels around the world.
